Someone Is Going To Hell: His name is Eric Schmidt
March 24th, 2010

Merriam Webster’s Dictionary

Eric Schmidt (N.)

1.  A middle aged man who looks like the child of Karl Rove and Stewie from Family Guy who is destined to go to H-E- double hockey sticks or at least be caned in China.

2.  CEO of Google.

3.  Slapped China in the face.

4.  Slapped by his wife for his multiple mistresses…probably.

Not only is/was Eric Schmidt dating Kate Bohner, a “CEO-digger,” while he was married, but he is slowly becoming friendless.  Schmidt will no longer enjoy tea time or afternoon brunches with man pal Steve Jobs.  Recently, when Schmidt was at Burning Man with “the other woman,” he received a phone call from Steve Jobs.  There had been rumors of the Google phone from HTC and the irate Jobs called Schmidt to reprimand and berate Schmidt for his disloyal behavior.  Also, when the iPhone was in the prototype form, Schmidt supposedly gave it to his wife after he became restless with the iPhone, and after his wife played with it, he gave it to Bohner.

This man clearly respects women and while he is a smart and intelligent man who is the CEO of Google, it is clear that he fails at life.  Here’s to you Eric Schmidt, for almost being as big of a jerk as Tiger Woods, who cheated on his pregnant wife with 16…17…18…women in counting.

Don’t Mess With An OG Like Steve Jobs: Apple Suing HTC
March 3rd, 2010

The news trending today was not only on the 8.8 magnitude earthquake in Chile causing a shift in the earth’s axis and making our nice 24 hours days shorter by 1.26 milliseconds, but was the news was also discussing  Apple suing HTC due to patent laws.  According to Engadget, Apple is suing HTC for 20 patents that seem to specifically target the Android.  To read a further breakdown of the supposed 20 patent issues, go to Engadget.  According to TUAW, Steve Jobs states “We can sit by and watch competitors steal our patented inventions, or we can do something about it. We’ve decided to do something about it.” Later, Jobs states that “We think competition is healthy, but competitors should create their own original technology, not steal ours.”  While I don’t think that this law suit will become a showdown like Biggie Smalls and Tupac Shakur, it seems as though Apple is having quite their fill of legal drama.  In the meantime, while Apple tries to settle these issues with Nokia, and now with HTC, other companies will have to understand, “That’s just the way it is.”
