Though it is commonly expected that the iPhone 4 is going to have an LED flash in its list of features, what is not so commonly expected is that a camera flash may be a feature of the iPad or the iPod touch in the feature. Though none of the recent prototypes alluded to this possibility, the iPhoneOS 4 code gives us some insight:
