As you walk in, you are greeted from many friendly Apple employees.  The Genius bar is always crowded with Apple users needing help from the Geniuses.  Normally, if I need to get something or need help, Apple or my AppleCare is there to save the day.  It is a great feeling to know that when you need help, help is there and I know I can rely on Apple or Apple customer service.  Similarly, after watching this commercial for the Cold Steel Two Handed Great Sword, I felt a joy of reliability similarly to how I feel about Apple.  I hope you enjoy this video as much as I did:
