The most notable cities amidst the top five are Grand Junction Colorado(2), Bend Oregon(5), and everyone’s favorite Island town, Honolulu Hawaii(4).  With the populations in these towns around 53,662; 82,280; and 377,357 respectively, one can begin to see a trend forming.
